No hackintoshable-mini meets all your requirements. The Mini you saw, perhaps, is the 1010 (original Mini 10) and it is the least amenable to hackintoshing. No other Mini has HDMI out.

The 10v is the model of choice (1011). The 9 (910) is also popular, as it was first. We have a large Mac OS section of this forum - please feel free to browse it.

what you are looking for is the Dell Mini 10v, which has been discontinued...they are kinda hard to find but it is the easiest Dell to hackintosh....look at this one..but none of the 10v have HDMI only the Mini 10 does and its very hard to hackintosh and even then has some limitations

There are more for for sale on the For Sale forum section here on the forum, you can also try ebay....or maybe the dell outlet....

Good Luck....

PS. Welcome to the forum....

I guess the bottom line is you are gonna have to decide which you want more, the Mini 10v hackintoshable or the Mini 10 with HDMI....its your call now...you can not have both....sorry
