So I'm making the big mistake of trying work with Dell's website, but frankly, I'd rather scrape the backs of my fingers with a cheese grater than to deal with their idiotic phone jockeys.
I'm trying to renew the warranty of a couple of Dell Minis online (via "My Systems and Peripherals") but the system won't complete the request. It hasn't worked all day.
I cannot initiate a chat with their sales department...THAT app is busted.
Out of desperation, I made one call, and the guy was so unresponsive and distracted with a child in the background I had to hang up before I flew halfway around the world and strangled him.
So the short version: Is anyone else having difficulty with Dell's site? Thanks.
