My Dell Mini Forum

ppafford · **Looking for OSX Tiger 10.4 image, anyone? -** 01-26-2010, 08:23 PM

I have 10.3 running on an old G3 B&W but would like to upgrade to 10.4. I actually have a 10.4 install disc that came with my G5 but it errors out while trying to install on the G3. I have come up with two solutions:

1- Get help to modify my existing image to allow me to install it on my G3

2- Ask the kind folks on the forum

Well, it would be a copyright violation for anyone to give you an image of the OS X install disc. Given that Tiger can't legally run on Minis, perhaps you'd be better off to ask in a more Mac-centric forum.

Thanks to all, I have found my original install disc!!! Reinstalled and is working great
