Default NEW - Dell Mini 10 Review - 01-25-2010, 04:24 PM

Engadget came out with their review today on the new Dell Mini 10 with the Broadcom Crystal HD accelerator. HD playback runs smoothly on Windows Media player but Flash isn't supported yet. You think Broadcom's HD encoder is a worthy competitor to Ion?

I suppose it depends on what you want. If you're a gamer, you'll want Ion. If you want longer battery life, the Broadcom option is probably a better bet. I have to admit that the package doesn't look too compelling to me right now; I'll be holding on to my 9 for a while longer.
