Mine is named Win4Workgroups (in honor of Windows 3.11) but I have WPA2 and I don't even broadcast the SSID.

The laws are already in place. The government (not you) owns the airwaves and what you can broadcast. Be careful if you are come across as obscene, the fines are quite high. Nothing criminal but it would be very easy to figure out who "said" what over the air. I'm sure your ISP has a policy as well.

You have opened up a whole new world to me. Now I have to find the perfect double entendre SSID. I've been going with TV show related ones for years (current one is samcrow).

My dad loves confusing wannabe connectors by using the SSID DLink if he's running a Linksys router or Linksys if he's running at DLink at the moment.

ha idk why it matters. its my router i can do with it as i please. personally iv seen plenty of nutty network names being a college student. mines called rickjamesbitch
