Seller has zero feedback. Two bids from a zero feedback bidder. Sounds suspicious.

LOL, when the Dell Mini 9 drys up in supplies, this will become common. Like the PS3 60gb the value will go up because of its simplicity to be upgraded. And impossible to find

I noticed something similar in the iPod section (I blogged about it) and I think the same thing is happening here. Sometimes there is one person who innocently bids on these items, but usually the price is way too high to begin with. ($199 starting bid for a Vostro? Come on, at least start somewhere between $50 and $100 if you legitimately want people to bid.) I don't know why you would arrange for something illegitimate through eBay making it look like a real auction, why wouldn't they, you know, JUST PAY THE MONEY and get on with life?

I also checked and the winning bidder is no longer registered; same thing applied to a Nigerian scammer who won my auction four years ago. (I'm being dead serious, the guy won my auction and expected me to send it to Nigeria. He even spoofed the PayPal e-mail saying I had money! He was marked as unregistered shortly after the auction ended.)
