Well I loved my mini, from what I could use of it. But I finally got fed up with dell supported and "voted" with my dollars and returned my mini. Ironically, the act of returning cut thru all the red tape holding back tech support from resolving my issue... Since I had a refurbished mini the service tag wasn't in my name when the system shipped. The return agent offered to update that data as we spoke... something I was trying to get dell to do the previous 5 days. If they would have done this yesterday I would have been happy but I just became fed up with the running around.
So if anyone else runs into this problem, just ask to return your mini. I may try again in a few months.
