If Nothing else, maybe Acer will build a true Mini (9 or 10) that will be ion powered with a couple of gig of ram and a
ssd drive. I love my Dell but if they aren't going to build a product that I've been waiting for I'll buy from those that will. I really think that whoever comes out with a good netbook that's ion powered will have an instant and devoted following. The present Mini 9/10's have a very loyal following and if Dell would build the ion powered machines, even as options, they would sell pretty well for the holiday market.
Whoever is first to build will have the market and it will be theirs to loose.
