I bought my 10v from USA imported it a month ago. I haven't registered it or anything like that.

Is the warranty global? Just in case this little guy decides to blow up on me it would be reassuring knowing if I can get it sorted out here (even if this model isn't available in my country)?

I don't believe so. The company I'm contracted to has frequent visitors from Japan, and we have one Japanese Dell Latitude D620 here now. If it ever blows up, there's not much we can do about it unless we send someone to Japan with it for the warranty claim.

Good luck if your model isn't available in whichever country, but you can always try, or rack up a Mini's worth in long distance/shipping fee's lol.

Haha. Oh well i'll play russian roulette with my 10v then. If it does explode on me i'll just have to replace it myself.
