Default Just got my Mini 10v :) How do I tell if its 1024x600 or 1024x576? - 10-09-2009, 02:21 PM

I just got my Mini 10v shipped from USA (I live In South Africa) this morning. Already installed OS X 10.6.1 on it and will do the 2GB Ram upgrade tonight.

Installed OS X and in Display is says the resolution is 1024x600. When looking through the CD's and manuals etc a piece of paper explaining how to set up the default screen resolution says on it "NOTE: The default screen resolution for your computer is 1024 x 576.

How do I tell if my 10v came with 1024x600 or 1024x576? It is a new model as it shipped with BIOS A06 (had to downgrade to A04 to install OS X)

Many thanks!
Matt

If OS X is reporting 1024x600, then that's what you have.

They always include this stupid "how to set your display resolution to 1024 x 576".

Even that 90% of all models worldwide seems to be 1024 x 600 nowadays...
