CrossLoop - Affordable Online Computer Help - Technical Support Services

so far appears free for individual use, if you and someone you know want to use it to work on a friends computer.
they also, of course offer other people who want to make money to help....or something....

If you're looking for an easy to use screen-sharing app, at least for Windows, I suggest TeamViewer. It's dead simple to use and "just works". Free for personal use.

I would suggest you drop by Product reviews and prices, software downloads, and tech news - CNET, they have listed several programs in their download section that allow you to take over another computer from afar (most of them are free). I use a couple of them to use my mini to access my desktops at home when on the road. fdalbor

Doesn't the latest version of 'Skype' have some sort of screen sharing for the Mac?
