I begin with these...

Wormux
http://www.wormux.org/wiki/en/index.php
Freeciv
http://freeciv.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

Ok, no problem!!!

Free Doom (Open source, different graphics, can use wads as well)

ZZT! (Formerly Shareware, now Freeware. Amazing, yet utterly simplistic game engine)

Be sure to visit Game Giveaway Of The Day for free licensed games every weekend. Or better yet, subscribe to their feed.

Usually the games listed there don't have any install procedure. After running the setup, which is basically just an unpacker with an activation executable built-in for that site, you can usually copy the games into a thumbdrive and run off it.

Pysol. Solitaire and Mahjongg. Better than any commercial version of either I've seen, IMHO.

I only discovered peggle 2 days ago and it's a fantastic game. I got it through steam and it runs really well on the mini 9 with no slowdown at all.

Heed, I'm so glad to hear it.

I've got about 3-4 people enjoying it and I hope to show it to my parents as well!

It's definitely worth paying for!
