Grand Theft Auto III plays very well at highest settings (minus trails, but those are ugly anyways) as does Half Life: Blue Shift and Opposing Force. Quake and Quake 2 play VERY well at highest also, I'll try Quake 3 next week when my replacement 16GB SDHC card comes

Ford racing 2 runs perfect on lowest settings.
Plants vs Zombies (made by popcap) is a perfect game that offers hours of fun, I would recommend it!!!!

I was able to get soldier of fortune 2 working on my mini9 in windows 7. At first I was getting a opengl error, all I had to do was install the latest 945 drivers from downloadcenter.intel.com. The drivers that ms update uses dont have opengl. when installing the drivers from intel it will give you a msg saying you are installing older drivers than what is found on your system. do it anyways :-)

I just bought by mini9 so its like a month before I get it, in the mean time...

I did not see a response to Starwars Galaxies - anyone try?

Also, can someone try Civ IV - Colonization? (Pretty Please)

Thank you!

Also, is the catalog of playable games expanded by upgrades such as increase ram to 2GB and change out HD from stock to Runcore?

Thanks for the info...

Civ IV - Colonization works just fine. You just have to tweak the config file, the same as you do for the standard game.

My girlfriend is looking to buy a mini, but only really wants it for her baby games such as baby luv etc.

Could anyone tell me if baby luv works on the mini 9 and how well it performs

Thankyou

I know nobody cares about these games, but I've tried these games recently.

Dungeon Siege
DS: LOA
Hover
Neverwinter Nights
The Sims 2: Deluxe
The Sims 2: IKEA
Thief Gold
Thief 2

Unfortuately, Microsoft killed ZoneMatch, so now there is even less reason to play DS.
