So what do you guys think about the new release of Kinect? I have a reserved copy of it at my local Gamestation where I'm going to go and have a play on it at lunch. Any of you guys thinking of getting it, or even better, already have it?

I'm a little scepticle of the half-second lag because I'm already a gamer. I think this product is marketed at people who wouldn't usually game. Mind you, as an OS/interface, it seems fantastic for navigating the menus... Just can't bring myself to spend £130 just for a new interface.

The Kinect is crap, PSMove is loads better in comparison and price, not to mention you cant wear a blue top whilst playing the Kinect as it doesn't recognise the colour and gets confused

I couldnt disagree more! The kinetic is much better than i thought it would be! Plus an update in Jan means there will be another 50+ points that it will map!
