Good luck to your tests sir! Unfortunately, Cataclysm will kill all our computers and choke them into oblivion.

I just put WOW on my 10v Hacbook and was pretty impressed with how well it runs. My FPS is only about 12 tho in Northrend so it's a tad sluggish but not too bad. I'm pleased with it after logging about 5 hours on it over the weekend and will definitely be my WOW traveler.

Do you have any OS tweaks that may boost FPS? I've only checked a couple times and am at around 12 on the LCD panel. I wouldn't expect to go up, but I'll have to try on my 20" monitor.
I'm fine with 12ish FPS as it's playable but wouldn't mind higher lol.
BTW, I do have all video settings set to low too.
I do play in windowed mode though due to internet connection and game becoming unresponsive. Is there a keyboard shortcut in SL to show desktop?

im just using gmabooster but it only boosts my fps by like 2-3, while im in northrend, i get around 8-11 fps, ive been to borean, grizzly, dragonblight, howling fjord, and i am currently in zuldrak and the fps has been like that all along.

In the lower parts of azeroth like durator and stuff, i get around 20 fps. (13 fps in outlands)

the desktop shortcut is f11 (or fn+f11)

Ha, funny, I'm in Zuldrak too. A lower level friend wants some help questing, I'll have to monitor FPS in Azeroth.

Thanks for the tip!
