I dont think that the GPU is gonna do it for ya....these machines were NOT meant for very graphic intensive applications or games....everybody tries to treat these like full powered laptops they ARE NOT....in most cases you are lucky if the game even loads with only 1gb of RAM, its not like you have the whole 1gb just for that app....there are other things using pieces of that 1gb too....good luck

PS. Just because one game might run doesnt mean they all will, different games access memory differently..also make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for what every version of windows u r running//Intel has updated them recently specifically for the GMA500

Dell Mini 10 (Obsidian Black 1010), 2gb RAM, 1.66ghz 533mhz FSB (Z530) processor, A10 BIOS, 1 Terabyte (1000 GB) WD Scorpio Blue Hard Drive (5400rpm), Intel GMA 500 Integrated Graphics, TV Tuner, Bluetooth 2.1 module with EDR, 1.3mp Camera, 1366x768 HD Screen, Wireless 1510 b/g/n mini card, 6 cell (56WHr) Battery, 4gb SDHC, 64gb Flashdrive, Targus Netbook Chillpad, Targus Sport Case, Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (500gb)/Windows 8.1 (500gb) (Dual Boot)

here is a link for the Intel Drivers...try that...you should load them anyway, whether or not it fixes your issue you should have these drivers installed.
