Has anyone tried Stream my Game? It is an amazingly good program to run amazing games on bad systems, all you need is:

-A good computer running Windows that can run the game you want to run
-A internet Connection
-A Mini running Linux or Windows, if your running Mac OS X make a backup and do a windows dual boot.

All this does is it runs the game on your good computer and streams it to your crappy computer so you can play it anywhere with a internet connection

Free only streams a resolution of 480x640 and premium streams full HD but the problem is premium costs around 10-20 bucks a month

This is possibly the most amazing program I have ever used on a laptop ever. I am shocked!

After watching the YouTube video for proof... I feel that this is a revolutionary way to play games on the Mini (or any computer that is not beefy enough to handle the game)

I am curious what streaming the game depends on... does it run through a web browser session or does the proprietary app take care of all those things?

Is the app memory intensive? What is RAM/CPU usage when running this?

Stream my game is a program you download (linux or windows) but it is only accessible through the website. the ram/cpu usage of this app is extremely low, so low it can be run on the first model eee pc (1 ghz, 512 ram)

this is pretty awesome. I mean, I already have 3 (maybe 4) games that work on the Mini right now, (Audiosurf, Half-Life, Peggle Deluxe, TrackMania Nations Forever ?) but if this hardly uses any battery, then I'd get this...

Someone should do a battery test. Play a game that you can on the Mini, then play it through stream my game, and see if how big the difference is.
