Default Portable Gaming Source - 11-25-2008, 09:09 AM

I found a really great source for portable games. All of the titles listed are stand alone executables that do not touch the registry when they are run. In other words, you can throw them on a USB drive or SD card and they are ready to play. Most, if not all of these games should run just fine on the Mini 9.

NOTE: If you don't own a full copy of these games, do not download or run them! Piracy is evil  If you are concerned about the legality, even if you do own the originals, you can also finds the necessary files to create these stand alone apps on the site.

The games available are as follows:
Baldur's Gate + ToSC
Baldur's Gate II + ToB
Fallout
Fallout II
Fallout Tactics
Diablo
Dungeon Siege:LoA + RtA + Yesterhaven
Heroes of Might and Magic III (Three Pack)
Haegemonia - Legions of Iron
Haegemonia: The Solon Heritage

Thank you very much for this gaming backup resource!

Fantastic idea to have portable games, especially from a laptop perspective.

A top find there. They now have Unreal too. It's in beta at the moment but it's up for download.

Found a copy of portable Morrowind while I was flitting around the net, it runs beautifully on the Mini as long as you set the view details closer to near.
