| Junior Member Posts: 12 Join Date: Aug 2009 | I know I already posted but I found something I think is actually better than Daemon Tools... MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM software. This is the freeware version, but does exactly what I want. Unlike Daemon Tools, MagicISO can make or disable virtual drives on the fly (DT requires reboots). If you have a CD drive either connected onto your netbook or have one somewhere around you, this software can also write .iso files for use on the netbook (along with other file extensions). It's how I got my Works 9 software back on here for a while, just wrote an .iso onto a USB drive and mounted it on the Mini... It's super! |
