The good news is MyDigitalDiscount seems to be a pretty good company about making sure the customer is happy. Maybe, given enough time, more manufacturers will start offering these for our Mini's.. Well, that, or the next generation of Netbook will use something more standard. ![]() |

It is from the same manufacturer as the 32 Gig MLC so I assume the controller is the same as well and should allow for sleep to work... | Member Posts: 47 Join Date: Nov 2008 | hi there, so i restored my leopard from time machine onto a mdd mlc 32gb ssd ( it was running from 8gb STEC before) enable sleep, sudo pmset -a disablesleep 0 usb legacy support in bios to disabled, usb wake on lan to enabled. still doesn't work. do i need to re-enable hibernate too? sudo pmset hibernatemode 1 ? |

| Member Posts: 47 Join Date: Nov 2008 | i'm using the latest type11 method. when i close the lid, nothing happens. when i click sleep on the menu, it sleeps for 1 wink of the lights and then comes back again, then the sound doesn't work. everything else works fine. fresh install of osx, updated to 10.5.5 |

| Member Posts: 47 Join Date: Nov 2008 | so i turn it off? i'm confused. here, -after-type11-install-32mb-mlc-some-problems--p5665.html it says legacy off, wake on, so now its legacy off, wake off? thanks for the help marc edit - it now works if i select it from menu, but no joy if i close the lid. |
