I'm confused. I want to get the mini 10v to run osx. The dell mini 10v has the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950 chip. The dell mini 10 (not v) has the Intel®Graphics Media Accelerator 500 chip. The dell mini 9 is supposed to be fully osx compatible and has the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950 chip. So does that not mean the dell mini 10v should not have any graphics issue running osx ?

That is what we are all assuming but nobody has their hands on one yet so we don't know. I'll be attempting an install as soon as I get mine.

sylmini, Logically, that makes sense. But, there may be underlying factors that influence OS X running on it. Until we start getting them, it's difficult to say for sure.

I'm looking forward to finding out if the Mini 10v can support OS X. Spec wise it matches up and should be able to support it...but I'll wait for someone else to test it for me.

If you go to youtube.com, there are step by step directions to install os onto the 10V, that is one of the reason I chose the 10v. I don't believe the 10 is compatible

Only the Inspiron 1011 Mini 10(v)='value' runs OSX NOT the Inspiron 1010 Mini10...
