Dell Mini 10v for sale. 160gb hard drive, 1gb ram, 3 cell battery. $175 shipped. Needs to be wiped (no personal info on it, used it for cloud computing only). Installed OSX on it, but it's acting wonky and I don't have the time nor the patience to work out the bugs. I'm a mac guy and am in foreign territory with PCs. Selling it because I'm getting an ipad. Ordered it 12/16/09, has been used very little. Perfect cosmetic condition. Like I said, it has been acting wonky with OSX, but all I have is a Mac so I can't restore the original PC software on it. I will ship it with all the original software DVDs so you can do a wipe (you need a PC to make a bootable USB drive or an external USB DVD drive). Feel free to contact me with questions. keegan |

I reinstalled OSX after that and got it working smooth again, but then a couple weeks later it started getting buggy on me again. I watched 6 hours of movies on the plane from Florida just two weeks ago without issues. So it is fully functional, but the computer now has random freak outs where it beeps incessantly while starting up, or the keyboard goes semi-unresponsive for a minute, or it seems to be running in sllllooooowwww mmmoooottttiiiiooonnnn (windows literally open in slow motion). I've narrowed it down to software or BIOS or some other inane thing that I know nothing about.  Like I said, I have neither the expertise nor the will to wipe it and reinstall Windows. Hence unloading it on the cheap. |

you must wipe it before you sell it (if you havent already..if you have.....nevermind), you can not sell it with OSX on it...that could get you banned on this forum (not to mention its illegal).......just a heads up....  |

no problem.....but PLEASE make sure you do wipe it...they are very strict about that on this forum........... PS. you can check the other 10v's For Sale here......the one thats selling it with OSX..specifically states it will be wiped before the sale.... |
