I select my language and then .... an eror message just saying that Mac OSX can not be installed on this computer. I really don't know what is the reason of that error so if somebody can help ;-) Thanks |

A "Retail DVD" is the separate boxed Leopard disk that you purchase individually to upgrade an existing Mac: ![]() (the disk that comes with a computer purchase is locked to that type of computer, hence it won't install.) |

Even if you bought a retail copy for your iMac, installing it on the iMac and mini9 would be a violation of the license. Of course this is the same with pretty much all software. it can be installed on one computer at a time. but some pro apps like CS3 allow you to install it on a laptop and a desktop.
