Enjoy your hackintosh once it is built. My 10v runs Snow Leopard better than my Macbook Air, and even smoother and faster than Windows 7 runs on the same hardware. -virusdoc

Virusdoc I have 2 questions: 1. How does the 10v run on 1gig of ram? Necessary to upgrade? 2. I read something that Snow Leopard 10.6.2 has issues with the Atom Processor and that we shouldnt update to that, can youprovide any clarification on that? 1. My Snow Leopard install seems to run fine with 1 GB RAM. I think the processor and hard disk rpm are more significant drags on performance. No matter how much RAM you have, this won't be a gaming machine. 2. The 10.6.2 bug is fixed by the latest release of NetbookInstaller, 0.8.3 alpha. As long as you use that release, you'll be fine. I am running 10.6.2 now. -virusdoc

Thanks Again! -Tick |

But I might be wrong and there may be some smart person who found a way around this. Try searching the "Dual Booting" forum here. EDIT: a quick google found this blog entry from a person who claims to have done this. Can't vouch for whether or not it works, and the entry is a bit dated: http://count-0.tumblr.com/post/26975...dows-on-a-dell
