Dang this sucks. Someone figure out the fix so we can get this corrected now. The KR battery people lose 25% of their battery power from the start. |

| Expert Member Posts: 521 Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Dislocated | ok people, but don't forget to check the part number for your batteries. is a 5 digit code, you can find it on the white paper attached outside the package in wich the minis came, it has the list of all parts for the mini system. is important to check this to identify wich part numbers leads to a defective batteries and let us made a better request in the technical support chat. people with good batteries must check that too, like i did, and post they're part number. anyway, the technical support gays tend to not try to fool you around (too much :lol: ) if they notice that you know what you're talking about. tell them about the defective serials, the full power charges, that you know about other people with the same issue, remember that the batteries cost 130$ so they will try to trick you :mrgreen: , and they're really corious, ask you about how did you notice, wich software do you use to know about, tell them about the pictures, they like this stuff :lol: i made it in just one chat session, but took me almost 2 hours, so be respectful but go to the point. and practice your favorite mantra, that will help a lot too :twisted: |

Order Form has: Item Number: 312-0775 Part Number: C050H White sticker on battery says: KR It appears I have a KR battery even though the Item number on the packing slip says C050H. |
