ok, part number C050H, the representative said me that they have 10 part number for the item (and none with KR or CN on them, theyre retarded!), so my CN one has these part number, C050H.

anyone with another CN battery please post part number.

the representative told me that the system choose "the best replacement" part number for the system. so i think that they will send us the same part number that the "wrong" one based in their shipment-order database.

WE NEED FEEDBACK

post part number from your CN and KR batteries (is on the paper attached to the fedex box). this is serious bussines, many people has this problem so we need to know if at least is there a connection between bad batteries and part number, so we can request the correct batteries.

when you talk to the representative of dell technical support, they may ask you for part numbers, service tags, etc, in my case helps a lot the pictures that i made (early post), so, made ones for yourself, or feel free to use mine as a proof. better to use it in the technical support chat off course

the answer is who knows, there are 10 part numbers for the battery item, according to the technical support representative, so that's why we need to do some sort of database

there are few other part numbers in the part numer thread, but we don't know yet is they're good or not.


ups, in the page says "Manufacturer Part# : D044H | Dell Part# : 312-0831", so, is a proof that any C050H will be a good one because is related to the manofacturer \o/

the numbers match to the 24420 "lucky" KR number, so please check serial on the battery and part number.
