| Expert Member Posts: 521 Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Dislocated | the representative told me that the system choose "the best replacement" part number for the system. so i think that they will send us the same part number that the "wrong" one based in their shipment-order database. :? mine is on the way, lets see wat happen now ![]() almost two hours! again! :lol: ---------------------- WE NEED FEEDBACK post part number from your CN and KR batteries (is on the paper attached to the fedex box). this is serious bussines, many people has this problem so we need to know if at least is there a connection between bad batteries and part number, so we can request the correct batteries. when you talk to the representative of dell technical support, they may ask you for part numbers, service tags, etc, in my case helps a lot the pictures that i made (early post), so, made ones for yourself, or feel free to use mine as a proof. better to use it in the technical support chat off course ![]() CN "Good" Battery - part number: C050H |
