I'm am a long time user of bittorrent for "borrowing" software.

I downloaded photoshop cs3 and all seemed fine.

Until i set up my email with the osx mail program.

i found out i had a virus, but only after my dell mini 10v turned into a spam/zombie server.

Thousands of emails later, for viagra, enlargement, etc..

I having to completely reinstall osx.

Friends dont let friends use drugs, or stolen software.

Downloading torrents, or "borrowing software" is one of the only ways other than porn sites with phony codec downloads to infest your mini of "Real" Mac.

In particular, Photoshop products posted to "share" tend to top the list of bad torrents.

Or so I hear, I don't download torrents.

I never set mail up as I exclusively use web mail. On my macbook the mail program began opening and asking to be configured. Figure a codec got me.
