I have an item listed in the For Sale forum whose thread title I want to change to "Sold". How to do this? I've tried editing the post, but see no way to change the thread title. It seems other people have done it though. Surely I am overlooking something simple?!

You add a reply to the thread saying that the item is sold. A mod, such as me, reads that and adds the "Sold" tag. You can't do it yourself.
