Default Save Button - 10-06-2008, 10:51 PM

It might just be me, and if so that's cool, but the save button annoys me, it's in the wrong place and when I first started posting I found myself clicking that button when I meant to be clicking the post button.

If it were up to me I'd either remove it, or move it to the right rather than the left, but that's just me, and you do get used to it after a few posts....

I find it incredibly useful when writing a post, then going else where to get sources/proof etc. Don't think it will be going anywhere soon :?

Ad-block it if you must. (use adblock software such as adblock and assign the button as an advert)

Its not anymore in the way as the 'Preview' button.

Like I said, if you like it apparently that's all that matters.

It through me off because that button on most forums is the post reply button, then next to that is the preview button, if the save button were all the way to the right it wouldn't be an issue, but obviously you either don't want, or can't change it.

Personally I've never really had any problems with the save button where it is now.

It could be changed very easily, but it as it stands you appear to be on your own (at the moment anyway ).

If there were a great deal of complaints from other users then fair enough, we would be happy to adjust.

I noticed it at first but the adjustment was childishly simple to make.

Now I just move my hand a few mm at it's fine.
