Hi, A few hours ago I started getting long delays whenever I tried to add a reply to a thread, or to post a new one. Windoes Explorer became unresponsive and after (literally) a few minutes of doing nothing, a box popped us telling me that a script was causing my web browser to run slowly, and asking me if I wanted to stop running it. If I replied 'Yes', I was then able to continue as normal. I have not changed anything at all on my PC, and have been adding posts to the site on a very regular basis up to now, with no problems whatsoever. I am running Internet Explorer 8 under Windows 7, which has been 100% solid for the last few months. Also I have not experienced this problem on other forums. Any thoughts please, as I am getting VERY frustrated!  Thanks. |

Thanks... it may well have been something to do with that, as everything is fine again this morning... thank goodness!  Thanks also to faber78, for expressing his personal opinion, but that wasn't really the answer I was looking for!  |

Seems slow again today. Long delays when replying to posts, or even just browsing the forum.
