Eject the DellMiniBoot CD, put in the Mac OS X Leopard DVD, then boot with drive number 9f. (You may need to unplug the USB cord, power down, power up the DVD drive and reinsert the USB cable to get it to work properly. It may take a while for the drive to recognize the disc, so be patient.) and then it never loads the disk and will eventually get a EBIOS timeout error. I tried unplugging the DVD drive at this point and plugging it back it and then it will boot from the OSX disc and comes up to a white apple screen but then loads for a bit and then shows the circle with the line through it. idk what to do next, I don't think im doing anything wrong. Ideas? |

I used an XBOX 360 HD DVD add on USB drive to do my install, it is supported by OS X, and it is cheap, since the HD format is dead now. 10V | OS X 10.6.7 | NBI 20100616212351 |BIOS 06|160 GB|1 GIG RAM| 6 Cell Dell Battery Functioning Hibernation Back up Mini 9| OS X 10.6.7| NBI 20100616212351| BIOS 05 | 32 GB SuperTalent | 2 GIGS RAM |
