Default Installing OSX via External Hard Drive - 07-01-2009, 02:14 AM

Did minor searching, nothing came up.

Is there anyway I can partition my External Hard drive, make one part of it bootable then make a bootable OSX iso to install OSX onto my mini?

Any guides are appreciated, thanks!

Hi Kesh, most of the guys here talk about installing OSX via 8GB Memory Sticks but I have a collection of old USB hard drives and follow the instruction here Guide Method 1 - Single USB Drive (Mac-only) | DellEFI | mechdrew using your drive instead of a memory stick, it works just the same.
