| Junior Member Posts: 29 Join Date: Nov 2008 Location: Southeast USA | I have several USB SD Card Readers from different companies. If you are using a card, you should own a USB SD Card Reader. They are very inexpensive. Here is one that I do not own http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications ... &CatId=942 . They are under $10.00 each. I did buy some others from TigerDirect and I am very happy with them (Power Up! and Prolynkz). I also have IO Gear that I bought in a store. I keep one with my camera and one with my Dell Mini. You never know when you are going to want to transfer some data from someone else's PC to your PC or from your PC to them. When I'm really in a hurry I just take the card and leave the Mini at home. This is a great way to test to see if the card you bought was bad or if it is the Dell slot. By the way, I have an Class 6 Turbo 16GB SDHC A Data card that I bought about a year ago (from NewEgg.com)for my EEE PC that I now use with the Dell Mini 9. |
