Great suggestions in this thread. I'm thinking of either a Large E-Sling or a custom bag from psyopper. For what I want though I think the e-sling will do me and be quite a bit less expensive, $49.99 @ Best Buy, than a custom bag. Have to wait until psyopper gets back first tho. I have time, damn Dell has a delivery date of 5/11 for my Mini that I ordered on 3/25.

They had a dark green one there too. Not sure if it's the color or style that makes it less guy friendly to you.

re: smallest sleave with handles and outer pocket

This comes closest as it. Seems to hold the mini perfectly while holding securely accessories that might harm the finish.

You can check out the video on youtube here:

It is a great bag. It's back in stock at Dell, and actually on sale right now for $24 (normally $30):

If you don't like the hot pink inside, you can get the exact same bag with a dark grey interior at J&R World. This is the only place I have found the bag outside of Dell. It's cheaper (when the Dell version isn't on sale) at $25:

I actually bought the bag from J&R, but while I was waiting for it I stumbled across this 9" DVD bag on clearance at Target for $14:

It fits my mini great. I liked it because everything fits perfect with just enough room for a paperback and my mp3 player. This means I don't have to carry anything extra when I go on a trip. I liked it so much I sold the Belkin bag when it arrived (which wasn't hard to do; don't get me wrong, you won't be dissatisfied with it).
