I just purchased the Medium Classic Messenger at Timbuk2. I'm not crazy about the color, but for less than $40, I figure it's worth taking a shot on.

I don't know what that means, but I think it's a broken link.

Ok, let´s try this way:

I bought this one /7-8,9"/ because 9-10,2" bag was too big for Dell mini. It looks live much better, and you can buy in white or black color...

I've just bought this one, very similar to one mentioned above, which is what made me find this one: http://shop.d2leisuregroup.co.uk/produc ... atno0.html

That's the cheapest place in the UK that I found.

My Mini: Dell Mini 9, Obsidian Black, 16gb SSD, 8gb SDHC, 2gb RAM, 1.3mp Webcam, Bluetooth, White Dell Bluetooth Travel Mouse, Windows 7 Ultimate

Does anyone have a semi-hard cover? Like cases you get for camera?

Ideally something that looks like this but a bit more rigid, yknow

edit: why do I spend all day looking for something suitable then find it two seconds after I post the above? If anyone is interested: http://cgi.ebay.com/8.9%22-Mini-Lapt...27194007r17837

Has anybody found one of the "fanless" cool mats that is small in size (more for a mini than a larger laptop)?

I have this mini case as well. It is very nicely constructed and offers great protection. The case is a tad bit large, maybe an inch or so, but holds the mini in place. I keep a small steno in the big pouch and then my power adapter a pen and my thumb drive in the external case.

It is perfect for meetings in which I do not need to bring my entire brief case because of the handles and extra storage. However, when I do bring my full size briefcase I tend to just tote around the mini sleeve that I purchased from extremedeals.

If you have access to an older "Que! drive" (an old-skool external DVD drive) carrying case, it fits the Mini 9 perfectly, with internal pockets for the power supply, pens, CDs/DVDs, and more, plus a shoulder strap.

Bonus, I got my Mini 9 as a refurb - ordered a black, 8 GB version w/Ubuntu, and received a 16 GB Mini. Can't wait to put Mac OS X on the Runcore 32 GB SSD I have on order, along with maxing out the RAM.
