Jacob'sParts AC Adaptor for under 20 on buy.com? - 01-17-2009, 01:30 PM

It's a line lump, like some of you wanted. I prefer the mini wall wart myself, because it's so small.
I don't have the stones to connect it to my Mini 9, so does anyone out there have the stones, or some electrical test equipment that they can sit this think on for a week to ensure that it does what it's supposed to and not fry the Mini 9? I worries me that a company I haven't heard of before is making this, yet no one else is, even though it is being sold through a reputable company.
Maybe I should just buy the Dell one and get ripped off.

This is old, but my Mini came with a Jacobs Parts Inc Briteon AC Adapter a few weeks ago. Mine is different from the 1 on the site in the 1st post.
Info (from back of the brick):
Input: 100-240V~1.5A, 50-60Hz
Output: 19V ---- 1.6A Max (30W)
The part you plugin to the Mini seems to be a little too big, because it doesn't go all the way in, like the OEM one does.

The picture on the site is similar to what mine looks like. There are some noteworthy comments on the page. Mine hasn't given me a problem yet.
