Very true, or that some kind soul cannot be so helpful as to act as a middle man to purchase them outside the US and then ship them on to us poor unfortunates who can't get them otherwise. (And make a buck or two for their troubles!)

Mine arrived today (black 2gb version). Pretty tiny. I have no idea about it's performance though, got nothing else to compare to.

More pictures here.

Yeah, mine came in yesterday. Works pretty good. I have tested it with a 2gb micro SD that I had laying around and it works ok too. Next to get is the 16gb micro sd from sandisk.

Thanks for the pics though.

Here is the pic I took yesterday before I prepped a couple to ship out.

I'm interested in a 1GB black one. How do we get our hands on this?

If you are interested in one please shoot me a pm however, I will not be back home to order it until the 4th. At that time I can make a couple more orders.

I received my MicroSD USB adapter from phoenix.stu in record time. This thing is amazingly small. I loaded Ubuntu on a Sandisk Class 4 8GB MicroSD that I was using in my cell phone. The speed seems to be the same as when I had Ubuntu installed on the internal SSD.
