So, I need some opinions between these two slim external burners.

As of right now, I'm some what leaning towards the samsung.
I have recently purchased the silver one from newegg, but i want to swap it for the white one. ( I'm loving the white one better )

But the LG is appealing too. It even comes with a free 8GB USB.

Anyway, some one please help me choose!

I have the LG and it works very well. I'm sure the Samsung is fine too.

I am certain that the colour of the case has no bearing whatsoever on the function of the burner, so stick with the one you've already got and stop wasting time.

I'm certain Mark is right that the color doesn't affect the usability. I'm not certain why he had to add his comment since it seemed rather unfriendly. Anyway, I agree that they are both good so if you want white, and have the time and money to waste, then get the white. You will surely be satisfied. Good luck.

not meant to be unfriendly, I just don't see what bearing the case colour has on the operability of a drive,
