After alot of trial and error I got OS X 10.6.5 on there. Installed W7. something went wrong somewhere and now I have to reinstall both and get the dual boot. I go to install OSX and at the 27min mark I get a could not install reboot and try again. I have never had this problem and have tried several different things. I boot into W7's setup and reformat the HDD. My first question is what is the best way to wipe the hard drive for a fresh clean install. I Would wipe with W7 then partition it out in OSX then install from there but with this last time I don't know whats going wrong with the install. I use the newest version of NBI for OSX. I havent changed my install process from when I had it working perfectly. Im assuming its something to do with how I wipe the HDD? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

The only way that worked for me was to install OS X first, letting it reformat the drive, leaving space for Win 7. Then I installed Win7. I use EasyBCD to handle the booting assignment, or you can rerun NBI to have it use Chameleon. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

I tried easyBCD. I may have done something wrong but it didn't work but I'm not a fan of that. Whats The Difference between NBI 0.8.5pre and NBI 0.8.4 and Netbook Boot Maker 0.8.4? I was looking around and from what I see 0.8.5pre is an all in one? |
