OSX and Linux Dual boot problem - 10-26-2010, 12:12 PM

Hi all,

I had an all working version of SL installed on my dell mini 10v. After installing Linux (netbook 10.4 I think it is-the latest one) I now get a screen on booting up which has all the two operating systems to boot into but when I select the Mac one it simply goes blank screen and then then reboots again.

I thought this would work: Simple way to create Dual Boot : Snow Leopard and Windows 7
but the problem is that the commands for terminal are obviously different than those for Windows.
