| Junior Member Posts: 5 Join Date: Jun 2010 | njmacman: I have recently rebuilt my Mini 10v and used this method once again to install 10.6 with XP installed first. Still works a charm. Upgrading to 10.6.6 I found a bit more tricky, but did managed to do it after a bit of digging around. Check out this other thread: http://www.mydellmini.com/forum/dell-mini-10v-mac-os-x-discussion/24900-10-6-6-problems-thread-4.html In particular the post from Kadosh dated 1-11-2011, 04:51 PM was the bit I followed. Which as you can see involves using the 10.6.5 Combo update in conjuction with the special NBI, followed by the 10.6.6 update. Works perfectly. As ever preparation is key, be sure to read and understand everything thoroughly and be sure to have everything you need at hand, particularly with the initial dual boot installation.
