Default Noob trying to identify bootloader - 03-03-2010, 08:38 PM

Okay, I'm new enough to this that I'm not even sure if I'm talking about a bootloader or a boot manager, but here goes.

The Mini 10v I just bought triple boots into OSX, Win7, and Ubuntu but I can't tell what bootloader is doing this. I don't know who did the install so I can't ask them. It doesn't look like the screenshots I've seen of rEFIt or Chameleon, and I don't know what Darwin looks like. To me it looks just like Boot Camp but I didn't think BC would boot more than two OSs.

So how do I figure out what bootloader I'm working with and what options I have to configure how it works?

Thanks,
Greg

Attach a photo? Also, keep in mind that Chameleon supports themes, so it looks different depending on the theme in use. The default theme that is installed with NBI looks (I believe) very similar to Boot Camp.

You're right, it is Chameleon with the Boot Camp (defaut?) theme ... which I've already managed to break by messing around in Ubuntu without knowing what I was doing.

Now I really am going to have to read the guides here to see how I get this put back together.
