Default Boot With No Restore Disks - 01-26-2010, 09:40 PM

My Mini 10v wasn't supplied with restore disks, i know i can order them from dell but is there any way i can make a bootable windows 7 starter usb drive from the restore partition.

Not sure about that, but you can make a bootable Windows 7 USB drive using the legally available files and methods described http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=428068. To install, you will just need your key, which should be on the bottom of the Mini 10v.
