Hi guys! my phone is not working :/.. its stuck on Dell logo..

i tried some tips here in forum and try to do it but nothing happens..
when i am trying to click power and camera button theres a words says
TE = 0
TE Fail, try again
2nd TE = 0
TE Fail two times
then it will go to fastboot

i type fastboot.exe -i 0x413c flash recovery recovery.img in my pc and in my dell screen it says "download recovery done!".. after that i typed fastboot.exe reboot then the phone reboots.. and i click the + - volume.. then i clicked the update.pkg.. after that its black out :/.. i tried to get the battery out then put it in and power on.. and the phone response is Dell logo only ://.. i really dont know what to do next :/. any tips/comments will be much appreciated thanks!

It sounds like to me that your recovery.img file you are flashing is corrupt... download the recovery.img you wanna use (whether it be stock recovery (remember to use the correct one for the corresponding update.pkg version you are using) or StreakMod recovery if you are going to install a custom ROM.

I would also download a fresh copy of your update.pkg and to put on the root of your sd card

By the way i try to get into Fastboot and type *#301# on the dialpad

all are working except for 1.. the color lcd color (i typed 03) and it fails :/

it says

You could do a factory reset by doing the following: Press volume up and down button together and the power button, then from the on screen menu select reset to factory.
