Default call screen - 07-21-2011, 10:31 AM

Can anyone tell me how to stop the screen from going nuts when I'm on a call. It seems when my face touches the screen I see different things on the screen whereas icons must have been touched. I thought the screen locked autonatically when theres a call being answered. Is there something I can do to prevent this. Most of the time I use bluetooth, however, when the bluetooth is being charged I have to answer the phone the usual way. Thanks much roomies.

You shouldn't be seeing anything if the proximity sensor is working properly. The sensor disables the screen when you put the Streak to your face to answer the call. The fact you're seeing stuff on the screen means there is something wrong with the sensor.

If you've not taken the Streak apart, it may be a software issue, in which case you may need to do a factory reset.
