I am having to have my streak (bought directly from dell) replaced - it quit charging, either from my dock, or my regular charger that came with the phone. I have a replacement (supposedly) coming, but it has been a week. I was promised a next-day overnight shipment, but when that did not come through, I called dell support. Their answer is that they are out of stock at the moment, cannot tell me when they will have a unit to ship me, nor will they notify me when it is shipped.
I have to say I am really, really disappointed - this is a premium phone, for which I paid a premium price right after release. I am pretty unhappy with the customer service I have received so far.
Has anyone else had to get their phone replaced? How long did you have to wait for a replacement streak?
