I chose to return my Streak to Dell a few days ago because the vibration completely stopped working on the device. I called Dell and they said they would send me a replacement. The lady on the phone said that they would send me a streak sans the battery, SD card, and back cover. Once I receive the replacement, I was to send the defective phone back to Dell.
Today, I received the replacement but instead of just sending me a bare bones Dell Streak, they sent me a completely new one in box. It did not come with any instructions as to how to send my old phone back.
So does anyone know what I should do? I don't want to wait it out and realized I had been billed again for the second phone.
