Default Streak Stand Idea - 07-31-2010, 06:33 PM

Since the Streak is not yet available here in the US, I cannot try this myself but think it will work as an inexpensive stand for your Streak.

Get a commemorative plate holder at your local discount store, I got one at Wal-Mart for less than $3. It is a small easel looking thing that looks to be the perfect size for a Streak and I'm thnking it will work great as a stand. Just a thought.........

I use an old Nokia SU-8W keyboard. It works OK with the streak (although occasionally won't pair and needs to be deleted and re-added) but also gives you a handy pop-out stand.

I like the plate bracket idea though.

I plan to use the same stand I use with my Gigabyte M704 tablet and my PSP.

Like I said in the accessories thread, Dell dropped the ball in designing the snap case hinge too low - it could have served as a stand itself.
