What settings do you use for a Crisp, clear "hd"(?) video recording with your Dell STreak 5?

I shot a video when i first got my Steak and it is so sharp, crisp, clear and colorful . I recently taken the scene and recorded it again, this time, fuzzy, not at all like the first. I am not sure if my settings are way off or if an app I've installed interferred.

Can you post what you see as menue items if different from below?
Can you share your selected menu items that result in a nice recording?
