 My Dell Streak, running official 2.2 after OTA update a few weeks ago, is suddenly refusing to turn on the radio for wireless/cellular voice and data. I have restarted, restored to just after 2.2 update etc, but still no 3G radio. It does not even try to read the SIM card, that works just fine on my old Samsung Galaxy.The Airplane mode check-mark comes back on after trying to enable wireless connection. Any suggestions? I recall there is / was a testing suite in the engineering area on the streak. To access this follow the instructions here: Dell Streak Engineer Settings - MyDellMini Wiki HOWEVER, just tried this on my 2.2 OTA upgraded streak and it doesn't work anymore. (says need correct passport in SD card, any ideas anyone?) |
